Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your Mustang is easy with on-car adjustable Toe Rods from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel toe rods with eccentric adjustment bolts deflect under load and change the alignment of the rear wheels. BMR's on-car adjustable toe rods for Mustangs (TR005) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1 1/4-inch DOM steel tubing. TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters with a heavy-duty center adjuster make on-car adjustments simple and easy. The open end is formed from laser cut, CNC formed 3/16-inch steel plate. The CNC-machined center adjuster has right- and left-handed threads for easy on-car adjustments. This design gives you a strong toe rod that greatly improves adjustability. The other end features zinc-plated, X-series, heat-treated, chrome-moly, self-lubricating, Teflon-lined rod ends. It also features 6061-T6 billet aluminum, custom designed rod end spacers.

 

 

BMR Suspension designed the TR005 to work well in street performance, drag race, and road race applications. The stock toe rods flex under cornering loads giving you inconsistent alignment and handling characteristics. Combine this with eccentric adjustment bolts that can't handle hard launch with sticky tires, or high-horsepower applications and you're left with poor performance. The TR005 allows you to fine-tune the rear toe settings for any form of performance driving. BMR supplies lockout plates to eliminate the factory eccentric adjustment bolts. This allows you to make all of the adjustments on the toe rod. Lockouts are used to minimize toe change and deflection from the eccentric slipping and losing adjustment. Cars with more than stock horsepower levels or soft compound tires tent to push the limits of eccentric bolts in rear suspension systems. Other company's adjustable toe rods reuse the eccentric bolts, which only fix half the problem. BMR's TR005 Toe Rods are a complete solution. Warranty Information
BMR product applications are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (2) two years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. Obligation under this warranty is limited to product replacement but not the reinstallation of the replacement product or other incidental costs. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or improper installation. Normal wear shall not be considered a defect under this warranty. All warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit of returned merchandise. This warranty specifically excludes impact damage or damage to powdercoat. BMR will issue a Returned Material Authorization number for every return. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RMA Number. BMR will ship the replacement product at no charge using UPS Ground. If the customer would like to upgrade the shipping method (for example, Next Day Air), the customer will be charged the difference in shipping cost. BMR product is designed to be used with OEM product and other BMR products. BMR does not warranty our product for fitment with aftermarket product from other manufacturers. This applies to suspension products from other manufacturers as well as aftermarket exhaust products, aftermarket drivetrain products, and other aftermarket products. BMR products that are returned due to fitment issues with OEM components or BMR product will receive a full refund. BMR products that are returned due to fitment issues with aftermarket product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services by or manufactured and/or sold by BMR, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by BMR for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision.
