WHAT IS NPP?
NPP is the product option code for Chevy's Dual Mode (Bi-Model) exhaust upgrade that opens and closes a valve to control exhaust sound.
CORSA's NPP valve assemblies bolt directly to stock actuator motors. Choose this option if you need quiet start, C8 is heavily modified, or want to be stealthy.
WHAT ARE AFM VALVES?
Active Fuel Management (AFM) improves gas mileage by deactivating engine cylinders. This causes a resonance which can be unpleasant.
Choose this option if you want to maintain a comfortable cabin sound or are sensitive to 4Mode frequencies.
Note: NOT for use on 2021+ vehicles equipped with NPP from the factory - will cause CEL.
Note: CORSA recommends installation of exhaust be performed by a professional. Due to GM factory tolerances some C8 exhaust systems may require GM valve relearn sequence (valves should be re-calibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413) to mitigate a check engine light.
