This Dark LED 3rd brake light is a full replacement assembly for the factory 3rd brake light on the rear deck or trunk lid of your Camaro. The bright Red LED's are sure to grab the attention when operated and the dark housing will add a stealth look to your Camaro. A switch located on the lights harness allows you choose between stock mode or the Rapid Fire Mode. This mode will make the brake light flash in rapid succession 5 times before going steady solid when you apply the brakes.

Installation is done by simply removing the inner factory trunk liner to access the clips on the back side of the housing. The 4 clips are held in place by a screw that will need to be removed allowing the clip to come loose. Once clips are removed you can then push the backside of the factory brake light up to remove the housing, then you can remove the factory electrical harness. Cleaning the mounting surface of excess debris or tape will be required for proper installation. Then we can take the new assembly, plug the electrical harness in place and reinstall the assembly back in the factory location at this point you have the option of mounting the switch or not.
