Outgoing shipping is paid by the customer; new and reworked products, including exchanges. You can select USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all outgoing packages (within the United States). We’ll process your order the same day it is received and will ship the next business day at the latest. International Shipping has a flat rate by country (the delivery time is usually 6 - 10 days depending on region)

Our responsibility for delivery ends once the item is marked as delivered by the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please, instruct us to deliver using special mailing/shipping services if your delivery address or zip code is prone to stolen and/or lost mail/packages.

Return shipping, when claims are made within 30 days of delivery, is free. We’ll provide you with a return label. Please contact us to authorize a return and provide a shipping label. See Returns and exchanges below.

Incoming shipments for rework services are also paid for by the customer. For incoming shipments, we are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Please, package well to protect your items.

Normally, and depending on workload, reworked parts will stay for a business day or two in our facility before they are finished and shipped back to the customer(s). On rare occasions, it can sometimes take up to a week to process. Please contact us close to the date you plan to have the rework done for a proper turnaround time estimate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We are proud to provide a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back warranty on all our products. All products are eligible for repair/exchange due to malfunction for 12 months after the delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with our product for any* reason within the first 30 days of delivery, just let us know and we’ll authorize a return and provide a return label for you. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, you’ll have the choice of a full refund or an exchange for the same or a different product.
